By accessing or using Manoo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Manoo is a managed platform that runs OpenClaw-powered AI assistants via WhatsApp, Telegram, and Email (beta). The Service includes:

• AI-powered personal assistant capabilities
• Integration with messaging platforms
• Pre-built skills (reminders, calendar, notes, etc.)
• Custom skill development (Pro and Team plans)

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 16 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

4.1 Free Plan

4.2 Pro Plan (€19/month)

• 3 hosted OpenClaw instances
• Higher usage limits
• Expanded skills library
• Custom skills & integrations
• Priority support

4.3 Team Plan (€49/month)

• 10 hosted OpenClaw instances
• Shared team workspace
• Admin controls & activity logs
• Custom integrations
• Dedicated support

4.4 Billing

• During beta, access is free of charge
• Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance after launch
• You may cancel at any time
• No refunds for partial months once billing begins

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful code or malware
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use the Service for illegal activities
• Interfere with other users' access to the Service

6. Beta Program

During the beta period:

• Access is provided free of charge
• The Service may contain bugs or errors
• Features and functionality may change without notice
• We appreciate your feedback to improve the Service
• Data retention during beta is best-effort only

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Manoo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, process, and store it as necessary to provide the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Non-payment (for paid plans)
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Extended period of inactivity

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may delete your account at any time through the Service interface.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Manoo is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
